Purple Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potato fries are the perfect combination of crunchy, salty and sweet – everyone agrees with me so there’s no point in arguing about it!

As tasty as they are, there are times when I just want to try something new, something with flair, something with pizazz.

Well, stop the presses because I have just the thing…

I present purple sweet potato fries!

Now, these are a little less sweet than the orange variety but with just enough to notice. That makes them a perfect side for things like burgers, fish or even steak.

These are a cinch to make.

Simply peel the potatoes and fashion strips with them. From there, spread them out evenly on parchment paper and coat with salt and a little olive oil.

Bake them at 400 degrees for about fifteen minutes or until the fries are nice and crispy.

Remove, let them cool a little and enjoy!
