Ingredients

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted

Crumble Topping

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons quick oats

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, you're going to combine the ingredients to make the crumble topping. Add the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, melted butter, and quick oats. Mix them together until you achieve a crumbly texture. Once you've got it, set the mixture aside.
  • Now it's time to make the batter for the donuts. Get another mixing bowl. Add the spice cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and the melted butter. Blend all of the ingredients together until they form a smooth batter.
  • Once the batter is finished, transfer it to a resealable plastic bag so that you can pour it into the donut pan. After the bag is full, snip one corner. Don't overfill, going to about two-thirds full is ideal.
  • Now, get the crumble and sprinkle it over the top of each donut. Spread it generously. Once you're done, lightly press it into the batter.
  • Pop the donut pan in the oven and bake these beauties for about 10-12 minutes. You can tell when they're ready by touching them lightly. If they spring back, they're done. Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
  • While the donuts are cooling off, it's time to make the glaze. To do it, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Once the donuts are cooled off a little, drizzle the decadent glaze all over them!
  • Once the donuts are glazed, give them a few minutes to set. Once they have, dig in and enjoy your coffee shop quality experience!
