Start by taking some parchment paper and lining a baking tray with it. This helps to prevent sticking and makes it easier to remove the cookies when they're done.
Combine the light corn syrup and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat the pan over a medium flame. You'll want to stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture reaches a gentle boil.
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract. Mix them both until they're smooth.
Take the peanut butter mixture and transfer it to a large mixing bowl that contains the Rice Krispies. Fold (gently) until the cereal is coated completely with the peanut butter mixture.
Using either a cookie scoop or two spoons, make 1.5" balls and drop them onto the tray. While the peanut butter Rice Krispy mix is still warm, you'll want to press a Hershey's Kiss into the center and then mold the mix around the base of the candy.
Let the cookies cool and set for about 30 minutes. Once they're set, commence to devouring! For best results, store them in an airtight container to keep them fresh and crunchy!
