You might’ve seen similar desserts – sometimes they’re called Peanut Butter Blossoms while other times, they’re referred to as Hershey’s Kiss cookies. However, it doesn’t really matter what you call them, the end result is a mouthwateringly delicious dessert.

Not only are they tasty but even better, they’re no-bake and they stay soft for days.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Light Corn Syrup. This ingredient acts a binder, holding everything together. It imparts the sweet, chewy texture that makes these cookies so hard to resist.

Brown Sugar. Complementing the peanut butter, brown sugar adds a molasses-like sweetness and rich flavor profile to the dessert.

Creamy Peanut Butter. The dessert wouldn’t be the same without the signature creamy texture that peanut butter provides. It makes the cookies both rich and extremely satisfying.

Vanilla Extract. Adds depth of flavor and aroma to the dessert and enhances the overall flavor profile.

Rice Krispies Cereal. These crispy little morsels provide the signature crunch in our dessert, making every bite an exciting mix of creamy and crunchy.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies – Simple and Easy!

Preparation. Start by taking some parchment paper and lining a baking tray with it. This helps to prevent sticking and makes it easier to remove the cookies when they’re done.

Syrup Mixture. Combine the light corn syrup and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat the pan over a medium flame. You’ll want to stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture reaches a gentle boil.

Peanut Butter Fusion. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract. Mix them both until they’re smooth.

Crispy Incorporation. Take the peanut butter mixture and transfer it to a large mixing bowl that contains the Rice Krispies. Fold (gently) until the cereal is coated completely with the peanut butter mixture.

Forming the Cookies. Using either a cookie scoop or two spoons, make 1.5″ balls and drop them onto the tray. While the peanut butter Rice Krispy mix is still warm, you’ll want to press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center and then mold the mix around the base of the candy.

Cooling. Let the cookies cool and set for about 30 minutes. Once they’re set, commence to devouring! For best results, store them in an airtight container to keep them fresh and crunchy!
