Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter softened
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or blender, pulse the Oreo cookies until they turn into a fine powder. Set aside.

  • Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar, half a cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the mixture, blending until combined.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until you achieve a smooth, spreadable consistency.
  • Gently stir in the crushed Oreo cookies until they're evenly distributed throughout the frosting.
