DIY: Housewarming Gift

Whenever a friend or loved one is moving into a new home, you always have the option of buying a gift, or making one.

Now, donโ€™t get me wrong, Iโ€™m all for buying whenever itโ€™s possible but sometimes itโ€™s nice to be able to do something special for someone.

And when it comes to DIY, my favorite things to make almost exclusively revolve around food.

This little creation Iโ€™ve whipped up is an easy and fun one โ€“ a beautiful bottle of rosemary-infused olive oil.

You can pickup a bottle at just about any craft store like Home Goods or Michaelโ€™s for less than $10. Add to that a bit of ribbon and labels for maybe a couple more dollars.

In fact, the most expensive part of the whole gift will be the olive oil itself but even so, weโ€™re talking less than $20 โ€“ not much at all.

First things firstโ€ฆ Make the label for your bottle and then after, youโ€™ll want to drop some fresh sprigs of rosemary inside.

Once youโ€™ve done that, add the olive oil and presto โ€“ instant and heartfelt gift โ€“ just the perfect addition to any new home.

Itโ€™s simple, pretty and cheap not to mention tasty!

Give this one a try soon!
