Is there anything more fun than jello shots?
The answer is “no” of course but most of the recipes out there call for hard alcohol like vodka and the like.
I wanted something a little lighter instead I decided to use champagne as the main ingredient. I think that’s better and really, it’s perfect for a light and fun party treat.
These couldn’t be easier to make. Just check out this simple list of ingredients:
- Raspberry jello (I just use one packet for this)
- 1 c water (boiling)
- 1 c champagne
Prep:
Once it’s done, just pour the mix into individual serving cups and refrigerate for about four hours or so.
- Boil the water
- Add the jello to it
- Stir together until thoroughly combined, then add the champagne
After the jello has set, they are ready.
